Excellent Customer Service

We have rented a property from MCB and Farwa was absolutely lovely when showing us round and really helpful with any queries we had during the process of applying for the property. She drove an hour to the property when we asked if we can do some measurements before the tenancy period started. When we moved in a few things weren’t working but Farwa immediately resolved the problem which I think is fantastic. We are very happy in our new home and Farwa made it an easy and stress free process. We also appreciate with her quick response with problems occurred in the property. She will also follow up afterwards just to check if problems got resolved. Thanks for all the help.

I didn't have a good expereince with them as I found them less responsible, reliable and with less professionalism. I was misled about the process of renting a property and as a result I lost the chance to rent the property I liked. I had seen so many times properties gone as I was told that someone viewed before us have taken the property so no more viewing to be done. This time aroun I was FIRST to view the property and knew that I had to act quickly but told to "apply through the process" . On other hand they accepted a deposit was from someone who viewed after us. I wouldn't recommend MCB estates to anyone who wants a professional and trustworthy service.

I work as a Concierge on an upmarket residential building in Central London where I deal with Estate Agents on a daily basis,some of which I shadow during viewings at the property,others I interact often which in itself gives me an insight to the goods and bads happening when one looks for a new place they will call home. I have booked a viewing for a next day, and I was told I will receive the full adress for the property viewing shortly. I waited and I never received the adress for the property viewing that was confirmed by the advisor. I have tried calling but no one answer. Also, I have emailed but no one got back to me. Really unprofessional. I don't know why they think that they have the right to loose others time.

If you are renting a house through mcb, make sure you don't give them holding deposits. When you go to give them papers or talk on the phone, they will not tell you that the deposit is non-refundable. Will email you and if you haven't read the email word for word and for some reason your reference has failed or you can't rent a house then viewing will cost you £400.NegativeQuality
