They have no respect for the community or its values, they are purely interested in money grabbing. Azam the manager is disingenuous, disrespectful and inefficient. GoogleVery bad experience. Our landlord used them to rent the flat out. We had standing order set up and one day we received very rude email from Greenfields, stating "we told you not to pay to this account any more". Thinking it was some kind of scam, I called the agency to check if email was genuine and they said that their bank account had recently changed. They admitted that not all the customers were informed. I was not happy with the tone of email I had received, so asked for email address to write a complaint. No one ever replied to my email or came back with any apology.
When I returned the keys at the end of our tenancy, lady in office was chatting to her friend on the phone and did not even stop the conversation. Just said "put them here" and pointed at the desk.
Very unprofessional.

Dear Franca,
We spoke on the phone and you were seeking more information about your deposit which is with the DPS adjudicators. I tried to explain that once the claim is with the adjudicator we are unable to make any material changes to the facts and evidence that has already been submitted by both you and the landlord. I further explained, the delay was due to the DPS not progressing the matter at their end in a timely fashion. Whilst we understand your frustrations, I was merely trying to explain that this matter is now out of our hands, therefore we are unable to make any changes etc. I explained that the adjudicator with look at the evidence, the inventories and decide what if any deduction is approved.
I also provided you with all the contact information for the DSP and suggested you may want to contact then directly.
It is safe to say you you were not happy with your tenancy and likewise your landlord was also not happy either. We tried our best to help both parties and it is unfortunate that you have blamed us for the issues you encountered which we have always tried to rectify in a timely fashion.

I definitely recommend Greenfields to anyone who is looking to their property managed and/or sold. Our property firstly managed by them brilliantly then we decided to use them for selling it. And I think it was the best decision. Even though their rates are extremely competitive Azam’s advice on putting a tenanted property on the market and how to proceed was very valuable. Then Susan put her heart and soul in the process of selling the property. Unluckily we had very difficult buyers who caused us a lot of stress, but Susan was amazing in every single step from chasing the solicitors, buyers and sellers, dealing all of the questions and queries to updating everybody in every step and more.
