GoogleLydia has been nothing short of excellent to work with through this transition we made in our new home, we were faced with a few setbacks due to matters that were completely out of Lydia's hands, and she has taken matters in her own hands to make our transition as smooth as possible. I must also make note, that even at times when we were frustrated and flustered, which is very common when moving house, she did not fail to deliver with the best mannerism and customer service. Always responsive, courteous and helpful with every stage of the process, even those which didn't technically fall under their remit. They were proactive when necessary and showed real empathy with our situation too especially when it came to the business end of agreeing a completion date in a chain on 6! This estate agency has charged us incorrectly from our deposit money, our experience dealing with them was always so difficult, stressful and frustrating, they are very unprofessional and unethical. we are now taking legal help if they don't refund our deposit, we have gone through details of tenant rights in detail. They troubled us so much, we have all proofs. if you want peaceful stay and your deposit in full, never ever go with Gibsonhoney.
