GoogleWe had to use James Millard. Very poor customer service. Unprofessional, lack of knowledge of properties and local areas. Only in business due to the lack of competition. Both parties of the sale were left feeling aggrieved (we are still friends with the buyers!). Failed to call back, got details wrong, poor communications, dubious negotiation tactics etc If you can, avoid!
