From our first meeting, the team at the Hildenborough office displayed a very good understanding of the local market and where our property would sit in this. They were happy to work with our particular circumstances and, although it was a very difficult market, secured a number of meaningful viewings leading to an early acceptable offer. Unfortunately, due to external factors, the sale was eventually unable to proceed and, although very disappointing to all, they displayed great understanding and empathy. We found all members of the team to be very professional and extremely personable, with particular thanks to Liz, our main contact and viewings expert, who always gave meaningful feedback. We would certainly recommend and use them again in the future.

We viewed and offered on a property listed by these agents. Our offer was accepted. What a mistake, they kept stringing us along for a month. Turns out the owners never intended to sell the house. A full month later the agents informed us without apologizing that the vendors have changed their mind. If you are viewing any properties with them, make sure to have a backup property. Can never be sure if they have just listed the house to gauge the market. Insist on the paper work to begin by a fixed date. Pull out if things are not progressing
