⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently purchased a house where Rachel & Martin were the seller’s estate agent, and I honestly couldn’t fault their service at all. From my very first enquiry right through to completion and even beyond, Rachel was my main point of contact and was nothing short of amazing, she was actually more helpful than our own agents. She was always friendly, professional, and her communication was absolutely impeccable, no matter the time or day. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she genuinely helped make what can be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I couldn’t recommend Rachel & Martin highly enough, or F&C as a company. A truly outstanding service.

I cannot recommend Martin and Rachel highly enough. We had tried to sell with another (cheaper) agent, during the very buoyant 2021 market and failed. You definitely get what you pay for, the difference in service was astonishing. Martin secured a higher asking price, which covered his additional fee, in the very difficult period in 2022 when interest rates began to rapidly rise. We went from under offer to completion in 3 months, I am confident that this would not been the outcome without Martin's efforts. From the first visit to value the house, Martin and Rachel were available at all times, even conducting a viewing on a Sunday afternoon with only an hour's notice. They were keen to address any potential issues that might arise and deal with them in a pragmatic way. Martin and Rachel gave us every confidence that the selling process, overseen by themselves, would not be the stressful experience we had previously endured and I'm delighted to say they were right!

Martin and Rachel, of Fine and Country (Solihull) have provided an excellent service throughout the whole process of selling our house. They have gone above and beyond what could have been expected, not just in our house sale, but have supported us in a variety of ways in the process of buying our new property. They always responded very quickly when we contacted them, including evenings and at weekends. They even conducted a house viewing at short notice on a Sunday. They are always friendly and professional and nothing has been too much trouble, even when we made very off the wall requests! They negotiated a good price for our house in a difficult market and have provided a service that is second to none. Fine and Country are not the cheapest agents, but the price is justified by the very high level of service and we would highly recommend Martin and Rachel.

From the first time that I met Rachel & Martin, when they came to value the house, through to the completion of the sale they have consistently been nothing short of outstanding. They are both incredibly skilled and experienced at what they do and this really helped to make the sales process go as smoothly and stress free as possible. I really appreciated their hands on, proactive approach - from helping us to move furniture around to maximise the house’s potential and giving fantastic ideas (& help) to dress the house, through to the brilliant marketing, hosting a highly successful open day and managing to get an offer accepted on the house within four days of the open day (& at a time when the market was slow)! We first had Rachel and Martin out to value our property and I can honestly say they were the best out of the three we saw however they weren’t the cheapest and we made the mistake of going with the lower fee. Fast forward 4 months and we are no further forward with our sale. We called them back and they did an open house and found us a buyer really quickly. They sold it for more than we had it on the market for with the previous agent so the fees weren’t an issue. We were so pleased with the service I would definitely recommend them for a smooth sale.

Their level of service, customer sensitivity, communication skills, market place knowledge and professionalism cannot be faulted in any way. From the very first meeting they both oozed confidence and commitment and delivered on every promise. Now I do have to say that they are not the cheapest in the business, but their levels of service and delivery on sales price more than justifies any small premium. The marketing package costs a bit extra too but the value and quality more than justifies that cost too - it's the best in the business and helped to get me a great sales price. Martin and Rachel recognised the true value of my home and marketed it accordingly, achieving £20k over the guide price. I'm more than happy. Very professional service from both Rachel and Martin right from the first meeting. They kept us fully up to date with feedback from viewings and once a buyer had been found Martin in particular was very reassuring and kept the lines of communication open at all times during a rather drawn out period of legal exchanges. He was always willing to offer advice, worked proactively with both sides to get the sale over the line and at times his sense of humour provided some welcome stress relief.
