GoogleDealt with David and Claire. Both very professional and courteous. They sent me an extensive array of applicants for my home which were all suitable. Talked me through the process step by step and really couldn't of wished for a more efficient service. Excellent company and fully recommended

GoogleAll I can say is David Booth and Jamie Elliott are no longer part of this letting agency company. The business has changed hands. Good luck to Clare in her new job. She left this company to do other things. Hello to Sir Roger and Anthony (who seems to constantly work late every night). Good luck.

GoogleA personal yet professional approach. They demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage and lettings market. Went out of their way to overcome issues we had. Nothing seemed too much of an inconvenience. I highly recommend Elliottbooth estate agents to get the job done.

GoogleExcellent service. Jamie and his team were so helpful, nothing too much trouble. In our experience other agents quoted unrealistic prices at valuation, Elliott Booths are realistic and therefore more achievable. Well done and thank you to the team.

GoogleWe used Elliot Booth for the second time to sell my late Father's flat having experienced such a professional service when selling our house 2 years ago there is no other estate agent we would trust more. Even with unseen problems along the way Jamie's calm and professional service helped to keep the sale on track. Thank you so much for all your help at a very difficult time Jamie. GoogleAn application of mine was rejected because there referencing agents failed to pick up 2 emails I sent subsequently I lost out on my dream house because of someone else's mistake Elliot booth did nothing to resolve the problem however they did return all fees but that was little comfort the staff are ok but should understand how extremely stressful it can be for people that this is a life changing event and all decisions made massively impact people's lives more care and understanding needs to be taken

GoogleElliott Booth have been managing a rental property for me for 2 years now. I was very particular about the type of tenant I was looking for and they took that on board and found me the perfect tenant, even arranging for me to meet with the tenant to put my mind at ease. The guys at Elliott Booth take care of everything with regards managing my property and make it stress free for me. Their communication is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Fabulous, efficient and professional service from a lovely team of people. I couldn't recommend Elliott Booth enough.

GoogleExceptional service from start to finish. Ask for Jamie Elliot! He introduced us to the property we purchased, advised accordingly and helped complete associated arrangements within a few days of our first viewing. Well done Jamie (and a mention here too of Clare in the office) for being so personable, and importantly, professional too. Our purchase could not have been more pleasant and straightforward.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleElliott Booth have helped us sell our UK property when communications have been a challenge. We are are based in the USA, therefore, Jamie and David have been the main contact for potential buyers, and the property sold in a couple of weeks. They have fantastic understanding of the local area, a big benefit when selling a property, especially in South Shore.
