GoogleI can't recommend James Cottrill at Slades Highcliffe highly enough. As an executor, we sold a property through James who made the entire 'probate' and house sale process extremely smooth. He was kind, honest, efficient and professional, often going above and beyond. We were and are eternally grateful to James.

GoogleBen P in the Highcliffe branch of Slades has been a pleasure to deal with during the purchase of our home. He gave us plenty of time when we viewed the property, and has been efficient and friendly during the whole process. He has always been super quick replying to emails and has kept us in the picture with phone messages and emails from first viewing to completion. GoogleWe have recently relocated to Highcliffe in Dorset, so didn't know much about the area, we bought a property through Slades, James our estate agent was really helpful and professional, he advised us on the local area, and amenities, as he had lived in the area most of his life. James or someone in the office was always available to answer my calls or reply to my e-mails, which made our relocation hassle free, we are now loving our new lives down by the seaside. GoogleJames and Ben did a great job of selling my late Mum’s bungalow. The property was sold very quickly, for a good price. James and Ben answered all my queries very promptly and efficiently. I live several hours away and they handled everything for me, all I had to do was remove Mum’s personal possessions. It was great to have such a supportive estate agent.
