Dear Sam, Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We have had a look at your records and we can see that unfortunately the repair to the fence did take longer than we would ordinarily expect, however we can see that as soon as the costs were approved internally, the work was completed within a week of it being instructed. I am also pleased to see that since leaving your review, your deposit repayment has been actioned. We apologise for any delays faced. We’re sorry to hear you are unhappy with your rental increases. You will be aware from previous communication that your development has been acquired by a new company called Four Corners. Whilst your home has remained under the Simple Life brand during the transition period to Four Corners, Simple Life has not had control over your rental increases since the acquisition.
