The flat is clean and spacious with useful furnitures. The maintenance team is efficient and customer-oriented that they come and clean up the flat effectively. The only drawback is my flat has no balcony.

When signing the tenancy agreement, I found my name is wrong and my wife's information is missing. Although I have emailed to related party to revise the agreement, but no feedback or follow up.House quality is good or even above average.Looking forward to moving-in.Cheers! Lee
