Having purchased a house through Romans, I can confirm it was a horrible experience (they even gave use the wrong house keys on our exchange date) to now renting a property with their ‘fully managed service’ I can confirm they deserve all the criticism that comes with being estate agents.I cannot wait to see a time where estate agents are a thing of the past.

GoogleNow too large. Never know what part of the organisation you are talking to or where the person is. All the local knowledge and people have been replaced with people far removed from the locality

We do have centralised teams such as our property management and accounts teams but still aim provide expert local knowledge as recognise how important this is in our industry. Our lettings business is comprised of a number of different departments and teams, we appreciate that some Landlords find it more beneficial to have one local point of contact for all matters relating to the management of their property. Here at Romans your designated property manager will be the main point of contact throughout your dealings with us and they will of course attempt to offer assistance wherever possible, as I’m sure you can appreciate your property manager may not always be the best placed person to answer queries relating to re-marketing of the property or account discrepancies and so by having different departments and teams who possess such knowledge and expertise then it allows them to direct you to someone within the business who can assist. We hope the above helps provide you some clarity to our structure, we really hope that moving forward we are able to restore some of your faith in our service and improve your experience with us. GoogleWe sold our house with Stephanie and the small friendly team at Romans. Service from first valuation all the way through was excellent. There seems to be genuine passion for their work and the personal touch is apparent and valuable. A very professional team with excellent communication and frequent updates. I would definitely be a return customer should the situation arise again. Highly recommended.
