He met met at the property on short notice, speaks to you like a person instead of a cash cow, was very friendly and helpful explaining everything, bearing in mind I knew very little. Very professional, communicative (I was informed of every development and requirement during tenancy setup) and answered any further questions I had, promptly, along the way. GoogleRenting (or letting) in a new country can be rather a frustrating experience because of all the requirements, but I must say that thanks to Paul, my moving into my new place couldn't be better. Paul helped me throughout the whole process and made it feel easier. Once that I moved in, again he's been always responsive to my queries (no matter how small). I am very happy with my new flat (everything was neat and working properly) and if I have to go through this again, I would definitely look for a property managed by Paul. Outstanding service !!!
