Dear Ben, We have been very aware of your low star review and perhaps we should have responded on this forum before now. We understand that you have been in communication with our Property Management Department regarding the difficulties you have experienced since moving into the property which we understand has now largely been resolved with dialogue between ourselves, yourselves and the Landlord. The initial complexities were caused by a clerical oversight and we understand that this was rectified. We are saddened that you chose to take the power of a google review to highlight your issues and concerns and these needed to be given greater attention but please rest assured, we were doing everything we could to resolve this for you from the infancy of your tenancy.
