GoogleAlthough I did not go ahead with the viewed Properties with Chancellors, they were certainly very professional in their communication. In particular, Nicola was extremely helpful in setting up viewings and responding promptly to my emails. I will certainly consider Chancellors again in the future if needed.

GoogleReally surprised by the professional and customer service of this agency. They also make the process easy, fast and digitized. The treatment I received from George Tubb was incredible, a great professional, I felt comfortable, and he expedited the entire process, continuous contact by email and very professional. GooglePoor experience, last 20 years I have been involved in property business and dealt with so many different agencies . With Chancellors there were lies, rudeness and very poor communication. Still have a property in the area if I to sell it , Chancellors most certainly wont be the agency I will be using.

GoogleI have my first experience of renting in the UK which was very stressful and complicated because I was new and didn’t have rent history but the agency and specially George Tubb and Olie were great help and very understanding of my situation. George followed up and answered to all my questions and calls with patience. I just signed the contract and hopefully I will have a easier process next time.

GoogleTerrible experience buying a property. They gave false information, as well as the wrong information and also told plain lies! - all of which could have landed me with a serious problem with the property after the sale went through and affected the mortgage too. I had no choice but to pull out of the purchase, loosing a lot of money! I am not happy as you can imagine. The complaints process is a joke, this is how it went... Director asks colleague "is she right"... "nope" replies colleague - investigation concluded..... (director tells client) provide evidence as I have done my investigation and you have nothing on us. (Excuse me Chancellors, this is a two way street - where is your evidence?!) You ask me for evidence by way of emails - after already asking and having all my emails before the investigation, so you knew what I had to begin with! also you know and i told you that all your agents insisted on having everything via phone rather than email and they probably do this for this exact reason. Also when I asked who can this be forwarded too, as I was still obviously unhappy with the complaint response, I was ignored until after the deadline of their regulators. Complete crooks! In addition, they took forever to respond to my complaints and queries when I caught them out and their Sales and Lettings team don't communicate at all and they try to spin it like they are different companies to get out of any hot water so to speak. Lastly, the lettings Director was the most condescending man I have ever spoken to in my life and he shouldn't be allowed to talk to people let alone clients. You have made my first purchase a truly awful experience and I may not be able to get your regulator's involved as you have cleverly put a pin in that; nonetheless, I will write a bad review on every site and sing from the rooftops about my experience with the worst estate agents. Do not use Chancellors in High Wycombe, you will regret it.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
