GoogleThey are everything that gives estate agents a bad name, started off well but as soon as things weren't progressing as fast as they liked, it soon became apparent we were an inconvenience to them. Don't want to do much work for their money but very happy to take it all the same!

You were certainly never an inconvenience to us and hopefully you would agree that your transaction became complicated by your onward purchase being delayed through no fault of your own I add, the looming stamp duty deadline and your buyers hence being very eager to complete. GoogleThe team at James Millard genuinely couldn’t have done a better job of selling our house. Communication was always timely and clear; they achieved a fantastic price; and they went above and beyond in terms of trying to find a house for us to buy at the same time. Would highly recommend them.

Since the point of the offer being made through to the day of completion, everybody we dealt with at this office was very professional, extremely helpful and so pleasant to deal with.
