GoogleI have had no dealings with this company except to ask advise on a property, in Sidmouth to rent . Admittedly the listing says no dogs, but it was a short term let and I thought the question could at least be asked I found the lady letting agent rude and very short with me (well it is Monday morning!) and not at all understanding that we could be a client as well We come extremely well qualified to rent and it's a slight on the letting company to have an agent so off as you could feel her frown and displeasure at my question down the phone ..And being in customer service myself for 30 years trust me I know! a complete let down to the company

GoogleHarrison & Lavers and Potburys have handled our 2 rental lettings for over 14 years. We cannot speak more highly of them for their professionalism, helpfulness, dedication and advice. We have never had a gap between tenants and the majority of these have always been long term. The director, Bobby Marshall and his great team Manda and previously Fiona have always deal with any problems (mostly everyday issues ie boiler, plumbing etc) quickly and efficiently. Most importantly they have always kept us informed and up to date. As we live 300 miles away this has been absolutely essential that any problems are tackled immediately.
