GoogleFriendly, professional and efficient, the Wombourne and Tettenhall (lettings too) staff could not be more helpful. Their local market knowledge and advice was spot-on, and they set, then met expectations without fuss or undue delay. Highly recommend.

GoogleWouldnt use these again if we can help it. The guy showed up late to our viewing on a house then proceeded to rush us through it like it was our fault. After dealing with other companies who are much better, Bartlams just don't seem to care much when it comes to showing buyers around or answering any questions.

Dear Luke. We have searched high and low in our database and have no records of you viewing a property with us. Perhaps you could contact our office in Wombourne, which of course is what you should do in the first instance if you feel you have a grievance with any business. A responsible business will look into any matter and apologise should their service fall short of a reasonable expectation. 'Bartlams'.

GoogleVery impressed with the service I have received from Ameila at Bartlams - I enquired about a property last Friday afternoon, Ameila managed to get me a viewing for the next day - we made an offer and it was accepted by the vendor by 1pm on the same day! She has been very friendly, responsive and helpful.
