GoogleDemi has been incredible from start to finish. From guiding us through the whole process to hand holding us when we were needy. Her friendliness and kind self welcomes you to ask questions and is always happy to help. She has also turned everything around for us in less than a week! If that’s not worth a shout I don’t know what is!

GoogleI had been searching for housing for a while and kept being let down, I contacted griffin and was dealing with Reece. Worthing a short period of time I had found suitable properties and Reece was very quick in arranging viewings. I have now signed to have my own place and Reece has made it simple every step of the way and kept communicating with me throughout

GoogleGriffin staff have been exceptional from the time I was looking for a place and even looking after me as a tenant. I got a lovely welcome box when I moved in to the property. I’ve received endless support and assurance during inspections. Hayley has been helpful in being flexible as I work full time and enabling me to have inspections as a time that suits me. They’re always happy to help. All rent payments are acknowledged in a timely manner. Even through hard times and needing to change rent payment dates this was never too much to ask. Thanks Griffin. You make renting a good experience. Thanks Hayley, Ash and Leigh for all your help. Xx

GoogleI honestly don't have a bad word to say about Griffin! Me and my Fiancée have just moved into our first flat and before starting anything we was panicking about bills and how do we do this and how to we transfer that as a couple that have never have them responsibilities but my God it was a breeze! All thanks to Griffin and their amazing staff especially Hayley who delt with us. Between showing us the flat for the first time, being so accommodating to pop in before we got keys to measure up and get meter reading, to sending links with forms to fill out, giving us all the useful services they had to offer like Homebox that pays all your bills at once water gas electric council tax witch is brilliant! Not only that COMMUNICATION!!! can't NOT FAULT! evey email was replied in a timely manner evey question was answered with no problem! Hayley even updated us with everything without is asking for it! Was so lovely made us feel so at ease as first time renters. When we picked up the keys, Hayley even had a moving in box they offer with some good little bits in it. We have been in our lovely flat for over a month now and still know we can contact them for anything!

She is polite and respectful, and is a pleasure to deal with. She always returns my calls and emails within a short time, and endeavours to give me good advise to the best of her knowledge and experience.

Now Reece has joined the team, he fits in really well and is polite and pleasure to deal with and willing to help in any way he can.

She’s been kind, she’s been patient, she’s been understanding and has always helped me, no matter what silly question I throw her way. I’d highly recommend if you can get a property through griffin, they really do make sure everything is how it should be, and are there no matter what.
