I can’t thank Nina enough for everything she did throughout my house purchase. From the very beginning, she was professional, friendly, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Buying a home can be stressful, but Nina’s excellent communication and reassurance made the whole experience so much easier. She kept me updated every step of the way, was always quick to respond to my questions, and worked tirelessly to keep everything moving. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt like she genuinely cared about helping me get into my new home. I couldn’t recommend Nina from Country Holmes more. This was our first time buying a house and she made the process so smooth. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, always so responsive on emails and the phone. After a very lack lustre performance from the previous Estate Agent, it was a night and day difference. We picked Country Holmes in Glossop to sell our home for us and we weren't disappointed, a huge thank you to Ginene and Mataya for making this journey as smooth as it could be and thank you to all the other members of the team who helped along the way. I was impressed from the get go, the presentation Ginene gave us right at the start was personalised to our home, which was missing from other estate agents I have worked with in the past or ones we had approached when deciding on which estate agent to use. Selling a house is very stressful but, I felt it was definitely less stressful having Ginene and Mataya looking after things for us, always following up when needed, keeping us up to date and supporting when things were a little bumpy, not to mention the great recommendation of a solicitor, who was equally as fantastic and a superb photographer. Country Holmes were the estate agent for the vendor of the house we recently completed on. At the start, Tom was great showing us round the house a couple of times and eventually we put an offer in and had it accepted. Everyone we spoke to throughout the process was friendly and extremely helpful. Special mention needs to go to Amber and Ginene who were always so helpful when we called up for updates. Amber in particular always seemed to be able to get updates from further up the chain (we were in quite a large one!) that no one else seemed to be able to! We were really impressed by them and couldn’t recommend them enough- I’m sure the service they provided our vendor was just good as the one they gave us.
