FacebookEven after contacting the team multiple times about providing a virtual video tour of one of their property. I’m still waiting for the video. The team have been very slow with their responses. Sorry to say, but I would not recommend.
I am really sorry we were unable to meet your expectations at this time. Our number one priority at this time is the safety of our customers and staff. We have had a surge of enquires for video tours and the tours you had requested had not yet been filmed. We are working our way through these requests as quickly as possible. Due to the current situation we have a limited team and reduced access to properties. We will get the video tours you have requested to you as soon as possible and we are sorry again for any inconvenience this causes.

GoogleI recently chose hunni homes to facilitate the letting of 2 flats in Tunbridge Wells. The process was hassle free and seamless throughout. The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and their communication is excellent, particularly in the management of the property. 5 stars.

GoogleExtremely unhelpful and unpleasant staff. Failed to respond to my numerous inquiries and when I telephoned to chase it up the staff members I dealt with had an awful attitude - very bad customer service.
Thank you for the time taken to provide a review. When speaking with you we understood your disappointment in not being able to view a property on the day you wished. Despite being offered alternatives we understood these were not suitable for you. As branch manager I was asked by a team member to take over this conversation due to the assertive manner in which they were being spoken to. GoogleNothing special from my one use of this company. The estate agent followed up as he said he would. Seaming no chasing required. The service may go further if you are set to buy a place, however I was not.
