GoogleSimon has been fantastic the whole way through the process. He answered all of my (sometimes random) questions in as much detail as possible and helped explain parts of the process that I didn't understand. He kept me updated (even when there were no updates) and was the first person I would turn to with a question. I know that he would always answer my calls and emails as quickly as he could and has stopped me going insane! Simon made the whole process as stress-free as possible for us and I am so grateful that he was assigned to our rental.

Our agent Rob was very professional yet very down to earth. He was able to answer all questions regarding the house and more. Looking at houses previously agents haven’t even been able to answer the simplest of questions, for me this proved he does his homework. He let us take our time viewing the property, let us look everywhere required and happily moved appointments around to fit another viewing in. GoogleReally professional and I loved the set up-the manager Chloe is lovely and comes to your house to explain the process and view the property then Rob really professionally organises all the viewings. There are further people who carry out the viewings and expedite the sale process once you are under offer. It means that there is always someone in the office when you call (not the usual “they are out on viewings and will call you back”) and you feel that everything is very efficient. GoogleHaving personally sold my house with Hunni Homes (Rob was my agent) I must say I was absolutely delighted with the service I received.
They were diligent in how they presented my property and were very quick to get viewings in through the door. If there were any questions, I had them quickly answered.
In addition, once an offer had been secured from the buyer, Rob was on hand pretty much 24/7 making sure the Solicitors were communicating and chasing everything up. Hunni and Rob especially, certainly exceeded all expectations and I would recommend them to everyone.

GoogleUnfortunately the level of service was poor throughout. Slow in response and often not responding at all.
Wanted to make an offer on a let but the process was not easy. We needed a quick move as we're between places before an international move. But they were anything but quick or effecient. Have instead to make offers elsewhere.
Considering agencies charge fees they should make more effort to earn them.

GoogleI have promised myself that I would not have filled my soul with the negativity I have experienced with this agency, but It's been months since I was looking to buy a house advertised by them.
It's true that it might have been problematic also the approach of the owners of the flat, but the personnel working here were completely unprofessional.
I started by making an offer for a flat, for which the agency made me wait for weeks until I have received an answer, always ambiguous.
She just pulled the price up although I have mentioned to her the max price I would be able to offer. She said no to every single offer we have made and then, that they have just received another offer that morning and started milking both customers probably. Of course, even if my offer would've been accepted, I bet that these guys together with the owners would let me down during the buying process. I thought that the other bidders they are exactly in the same position as me (just wanted to buy a house) therefore, did not entered the milking game of increasing artificially the price and pulled out.
What do you think happen then? One month later, you find the same property on the market with the price we have offered (silly isn't it?) Hunni's approach in this case made me think that they were not only milking for money (which is not the same as negotiation) but also racists. I felt this every single time they were checking the documents just because I was european. Fortunately, I have found a much bigger, better, cheaper, etc flat to buy with a different and very serious estate agency an offer that been accepted straight away.
I also forgot to mention that once, we have waited in the rain outside the property for a viewing...that they forgot about.
I do not recommend them at all, it was a really frustrating experience wasting more than 1 month with them.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
