GoogleEmbarrassing approach to being a 'estate agent'. If you are in a vulnerable position whilst selling a property, avoid Sharon. She was obnoxious, unsettling and completely on the buyers side.

I have taken some time to reply to this review due to how disappointed I was that you actually wrote such unkind words. Whilst I understand your personal position with regards to your sale was complex and difficult for you, I worked incredibly hard to support everyone in the transaction in order to get the result that you wanted - the sale to go through! Yes, sometimes I was firm, but I was always fair and at times, there was no option but to be so. I can categorically say that the work I did (much of which was way beyond the normal call of duty as an estate agent as well as often being out of normal hours and dealing with scenarios that were far from the norm), actually enabled the transaction to cross the line. I am confident that there are very few agents out there who would have been able to handle the situations that were involved in this sale. I hope that you are now settled in your new home and wish you all the best for the future.

GoogleI have been using these people for the last 3 years. We have had NO client management and No service. I have used their contact us page to enquire about a website refresh 3 days ago... NO RESPONSE!!, I have tried calling them now three times 1530, 1540 and 1546 no answer just a voice mail. Think twice if you are wanting any type of service. We are looking to move to propertyjungle, you may be best advised to do the same. I am posting this in a vein attempt to get a response from a business in hiding. SHAME ON YOU!

GoogleI feel compelled to leave a review in the hope that someone at Technicweb makes contact. They stopped hosting our website in September but continue to invoice us. If you try to contact their accounts department they do not answer the phone, if you email they do not respond until you receive another invoice. BEWARE dealing with this firm
