Used tenant finder service. Promised the world and delivered an appalling service. No effective communication, lost keys, didn't seem in the least bit bothered about finding a tenant despite saying they would have one found within a week!

Excellent service from Kimberley at the Washington branch. Very friendly, chased up the sellers to speed up the progress of the sale, returned calls and emails promptly and answered queries. On completion day eased the nerves that they sale would go through on that day.

Have been contacting this company for repairs for a month now and they keep sending people to look at the property but not doing any repairs. The customer service are rude and just want to get you off the phone as soon as possible.
