Absolutely unless to anyone to try renting they need 6 months rent in advance every 6 month if you don’t have a guarantor.

They use partner agents to sell for them and then don’t pay them their commissions. Also known as the false inducement of labour.

GoogleBeen house hunting for a while. Genuinely shocked how often I've tried and failed to view some Hexham properties. Agents just not returning calls. Emails just never being answered. I've watched some properties go down and down in price while thinking...I'd put in a bid if only you'd let me go and see it. The poor vendors! I had one absolutely bizarre experience with a well-known Hexham agent. I just don't understand the trade and why, when you're dealing with hundreds of thousands of pounds - you're not treating every call/email as a potential big money deal. Anyway - five stars to Keith Pattinson. The only agent, so far, who has not only answered phones and got back to me in a timely manner - but has also even processed emails and offers outside of working hours. It's appreciated.

I called regarding an issue with maintenance and also to ask for a document I hadn't received, i spoke with Sam Coulson and he couldn't have been more helpful, he told me how to report the issue but also that he would let the team know I was reporting to to ensure it was dealt with and I had also received the document I had asked for before I even got off the phone!

The Auction Team were very efficient and although I didn't manage to sell my property via auction I was kept informed of progress every week without fail. All those I had contact with were professional and very pleasant to deal with. Special mention to be made of Natalie and Brooke who were particularly helpful and always very nice to speak to.

After 2 years of using Pattinsons as rental agents they've recently let me down in many ways. They are disorganised and have poor communications in the rental section. My complaints have been belittled and I feel under valued as a client.

I would have given Pattinson more stars but they recommend a conveyancer and I was ripped off. Do not use any solicitor that Pattinson recommend!!! I ended up paying more than double the price that I should have paid. Terrible experience!
