I dealt with Wendy from the completions team - she was excellent and did everything she said she would on time. I had a particularly useless solicitor and Wendy took it upon herself to really get involved and move things along.

Pattinsons auction was not to be faulted. The live auction had me kept up to date through phonecalls and made everything easy. Especially when agreed to close the auction early on my property.But DO NOT USE their solicitors Bridgeview Law. This isnt really against pattinsons as so I've been told they are under review by them. But get your own solicitor and the process will be completed as easy as ever.

From the moment we made contact with the Houghton branch they were fantastic. Dan kindly valued our property a good 3-4 months prior to us actually going on the market. After the valuation there was no pressure to use them & 3 months later we made contact again to finally put our house on the market, which was a very quick and simple process. During the pictures we had some additional requests to remove wall art from the published pictures, which again was never to much to ask from Dan who was extremely friendly and professional throughout. Sue, the manager of the branch was also extremely helpful when we spoke to her. Overall a great customer experience and would certainly recommend to anyone in the local area of Houghton to use. Thank you team Pattisons!

I had a bit of an issue with a property I was due to be renting and everyone in the referencing team and in branch couldn’t have been more helpful. Every time I called for an update they were eager to help and very forthcoming, putting me at ease. Has all been sorted now in time and really happy with my new home and all the lovely people at Pattinsons.

I have been searching for properties on this website for so long yet everytime I every time i try to book an appointment the staff is always so rude and they always tell you that the property's not on the market anymore then why do you still have it up on the website? They also seem to be quite prejudiced by prefering white families over asian families. Over all I'm very disappointed.

To summarise my dealings with this estate agent Arranged to view 2 properties. The first house was sold and no longer on the market and the 2nd the owner was not informed, thanks for wasting my Saturday morning. Two month later I tried to view a property. Still waiting on returned phone call. Informed agent I was willing to offer over the guide price for a property. Still waiting for returned call 2 weeks later.

Awful, once my offer was accepted despite numerous calls to get updates on the sale, promised call backs never mad. They suggested and recommended I use Hedley's solicitors who are equally appalling. I'm a cash buyer purchasing an empty house.. I am aware of delays due to Covid etc but was unaware that one of the side effects is deceit. It's been 10 weeks since I last heard from them, sale still ongoing.

Absolutely shocking, rude, unhelpful, slow and had the audacity to stand in my house tell me the complete package price then charge £275.00 more than was agreed and completely failed to take any responsibility for it. Together with MSP legal services definitely one to avoid. Why would you quote a price then hide behind small print in the contract and not be honest and upfront with the complete price guide.

Wendy Burbridge was a shining light in the struggle that was purchasing our new house, due to complications outside of their control. The worst service I have ever received from a company. I have never yet been able to ring them, I either abandon trying or e mail them and ask them to call me. Had to have them come back to the house to re-take the pictures. After 4 months the description of the property is still not right, we have given up trying to get it amended. Will exit contract as soon as possible!

Worst Service ever!- Would have rated 0 if that was an option! I had a viewing arranged at a place an hour from where I live. Agent confirmed appointment was still on an hour before but when I got there the agent was not their and the office confirmed no appointment had been made :( Pattinson owe me money for fuel!!!
