GoogleWas 1 hour 30 minutes late to the valuation appointment, the women was rude and tried to convince us not to part exchange with a new build company. She never took her shoes off which I find rude. Valuation then came back way lower then other estate agents. Definitely don't recommend these. Further note, house sold for more then this woman valued it at, don't miss out on valuable money selling with these incompetent people.

Back in 2011 we had our property on the market with another agent for months and had 52 viewings - after Bannisters took it on we had sold within a few weeks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend all of the services they offer

GoogleBrilliant service for what was a difficult and prolonged purchase of a not straightforward property involving numerous party interests and difficulties with financing. Kept fully up to date on a weekly or fortnightly basis by Sue who also did lots of chasing to move the sale forward. Would not hesitate to deal with them again
