GoogleVery disappointed with this estate agency. After signing the agreement which included no terms and conditions, this company did not provide me with a copy of the brochure for my property nor complete an energy certificate. There is clearly a training need to update customer service skills.

GoogleSue has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She has gone above and beyond to make sure every step of the process has been done on all parties and really helped move the sale along quickly. She constantly checked it and was always so polite and helpful. She made the process a lot easier than we anticipated. She is a credit to her company (if her manager is reading this, she deserves a huge pay rise for the amount or time and effort she puts in). We are so grateful for her incredible service!

GoogleWe recently purchased a property listed by Philip Bannister & co. Nicola and the team at Philip Bannisters were exceptional from the start to finish. From our first phone call to book a viewing we were greeted with friendliness and full transparency. Nicola was always on hand to answer any questions and ensured the full process went as smooth as possible for all parties. Would highly recommend Bannister's if you are wanting an effortless and friendly property sale.

GoogleI was so impressed with the service from your staff who kept me up to date on every aspect of both my sale and purchase. This was particularly above and beyond as my contact was as a purchaser and not customer! Your team were proactive, kept me up to date on my own property sale, and working with my solicitors made my experience much smoother than it had been. I would highly recommend Philip Bannister. Sadly, my own agents fulfilled very little of their obligation and without Philip Bannister I doubt we would have completed so quickly. Big thank you Team Bannister!

GoogleWe bought our forever home through Bannisters and worked with Sue McAuley. She kept in touch with us throughout the process and was very tenacious in chasing up the solicitors and feeding back to us. I would recommend Bannisters and especially speaking with Sue and she kept us sane all the way through.

GoogleSue and the team are very friendly and professional with a drive to complete the sale within expected time frame. Sue really pushed the solicitors to get things moving and her team did an amazing job covering her absence. Couldn't be happier with our experience with Philip Bannister!!!

GoogleYet another fantastic experience by using Bannisters to sell our house. We have used them before and again we were not disappointed, excellent customer service from all staff but a special thank you to Sue who goes above and beyond to make sure the job gets done and that stress levels are kept to a minimum. A massive thank you for keeping it all on track 😛

GoogleBannisters were very supportive keeping us well informed throughout our sale all the way to completion and beyond. the photos taken by Alex were excellent. Jennie always made sure she returned our calls, we were not just ignored after our offer was accepted like some agents, she established the length, strength and validity of the house chain, she then kept our sale on track over the following weeks, she was also supportive to our buyer with advice and guidance.

GoogleWe mainly dealt with Jennie from the team. She always made everything so clear and straightforward and when she wasn’t in the office her colleagues also dealt with all our queries thoroughly and promptly. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. We are not expecting to move again anytime soon but if we do then Philip Bannister will be on the top of our list of estate agents. Highly recommended

GoogleUnfortunately, my experience with Nicola was negative. She was unprofessional in her communication and conduct, which made the interaction difficult and disappointing.

Everything from the initial meeting, the marketing and promotion and the advice was spot on. GoogleTop class service! Bannisters were very helpful when I was taking my first step on the property ladder. They worked tirelessly before, during and after the process to ensure that I was happy with the property. GooglePhilip Bannister were actually our seller's agent, but they were so on the ball with everything going on - keeping us up to date, and happy to push and keep things moving when solicitors and legal stuff were on a go slow!
