I seem to remember your first sale being fairly straightforward, but hats off to you both for surviving this second sale! A long and complicated chain thrown into chaos with many solicitors and estate agency staff furloughed, a hospital doctor at the bottom of the chain and poorly people shielding at the top of the chain. How we all got there, without the chain collapsing, I’ll never know, but thanks so much for your incredible patience and support.
