GoogleAs a long-standing Shenley family, we have now sold two homes through Oliver & Akers and on both occasions were really happy with the service, the price achieved and the smoothness of the whole sale. We were always kept informed at every stage and once we had accepted offers felt that the same progressed without any hitches. Would highly recommend this estate agent for any sales or purchases within Shenley. Anthony clearly has a passion for Shenley having been involved in the property market there for many years now and this was a large part of our decision to choose him when the time came to sell our family time and move on.

GoogleI just felt compelled to write this review to give my first experience of using Oliver & Akers in the sale of my home. From the very first first conversation with Anthony I was given a very positive plan of action that was to be taken in the sale process. Anthony made an appointment to come and do a house appraisal. When he arrived, his presence, positive attitude overall excitement to work with us was very endearing. The methods Anthony explained that he would use were increadibly advanced from any other experience I'd had in the past. After carefully going over the house he was confident that our house would not be on the market very long. Athony then proceeded to put a sale package together. He used a drone to gather exceptional air shots of the property along with numerous pictures from inside. By the end of the following day our house was on the market, the profile pictures were stunning coupled with an amazing short video with very nice music. Anthony was attentive, on hand and available for the 3 viewing that followed and our house was successfully sold very quickly. Anthony and his team also did a remarkable job behind the scenes in terms of chasing solicitors, client negotiations and general groundwork to successfully complete the sale and closure of the house. I would have no hesitation in using Oliver & Akers again and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you again guys, you were magnificent!!! Darren Taylor

They will advise you according to your needs, keep you informed and stay on top of things with the seller and your solicitors. They recommended us this house that we didn't even know it was advertised and it turned out to be exactly what we've been looking for. After about 1 year of searching online, this was our first viewing ever and we got it so thank you very much for all your help, trust and reassurance throughout the process.

GoogleDealt with Anthony Oliver when I rented my first house in Shenley 9 years ago. Dealt with him again when I bought my first property in the area, and have now just put my house on the market with him. Anthony is a very knowledgeable Estate Agent, and know the area like the back of his hand. He makes it his business to know exactly what is going on int he local property market, and he know exactly who has sold and for how much, even if they have sold with another estate agent. Anthony is friendly and approachable, and his business is the real deal.

GoogleI wish I could give Anthony and Wendy 10 stars they were brilliant and I have no hesitation in recommending them. They were always available 24/7. They calmed us down when we were stressed about moving and kept us up to speed .
