We sold our house within two weeks of it being on the market with Oliver Akers. Then the hard work began! It was an 11 month nightmare but thanks to hard work and patience we got through it. Wendy was an amazing support and went above and beyond to ensure we got to exchange and completion. Having met several estate agents throughout our buying experience I can honestly say that Oliver and Akers are different and are not just in it to make a sale. They really look after you and think they were as delighted on completion day as we were. Highly recommend using them.

Very efficient, helpful and friendly estate agents. We dealt with Anthony for the purchase of our home and he was nothing but friendly and had a great knowledge of the property and the area. After our offer was accepted we dealt with Wendy who again was extremely helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to get the transaction over the line when things slowed down. We had a tight deadline and they were a key part in getting everything sorted. The football shirts in the office are an added bonus! I'd recommend their services for the area as they are experts!
