From the very first day I met Ashley Harwood from the Cirencester branch of Stutt & Parker I found that I could communicate with him, which in today’s world is not something to take for granted, he was the agent that was the closest in valuation to what the cottage archived, the price was not inflated, just realistic. Throughout the sale his support team did everything they needed to do to keep me up to date with any progress and fed back from the potential buyers, if I had another home to sell I would definitely take to Ashley and his team at Strutt & Parker.

We put our house on the market with Strutt & Parker a a very slow time of year but Strutts still managed to arrange some viewings and reported back on the viewer's comments each time. We took their advice on pricing and they secured an offer from a buyer who had already accepted an offer from an unencumbered buyer.
