GoogleAvoid. A shocking difference in the information provided at point of viewing compared to when the offer was accepted.
Led on with misinformation and various promises of completion dates for a number of months at expense to ourselves. Unwilling to accept any responsibility for this.
Tried to press us into withdrawing money out of a LISA on another promise that completion would be soon after (despite the fact no concrete evidence of this and we would incur a penalty if not used within 90 days of withdrawal). Good job we didn't as our mortgage expired.
Would thoroughly recommend avoiding the pain we went through using them

Moving home is never easy but they went out of their way to ensure everything went well and to time and took care of all the little issues that arose along the way and kept us sane! People give Estate Agents a hard time but we think that Michael Yeo is probably the best Estate Agent there is, shame they can't be cloned!
