I cannot recommend Lowthers Estate Agents highly enough! Richard has been absolutely amazing in helping our daughter buy her first flat. He was endlessly polite, unbelievably patient, and answered every single one of our questions with kindness and clarity. Truly, what a gentleman! Buying a property is usually stressful, but Richard made the entire experience feel so much easier and far less daunting. His support and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. When we next decide to move, Lowthers will be the only agents we even consider. I will be recommending them to absolutely everyone I know!

Lowthers Estate Agents have been a joy to work with. Richard is extremely warm and welcoming, and has guided us through what could a very stressful experience and helped us into our dream home. After being messed around for months on end with other agents in the local area, we had an extremely pleasent and wonderful experience buying our first family home through Lowthers estates, from negotiation to completion everything was honest swift and very informative, especially as this transaction was time sensitive. Richard and his Wife went out of there way to make sure our purchase was successful, They went the extra mile helping with conveyancing and mortgage advice, and always a phone call away everyday. We can not thank them enough as we received the keys to our new home today with the added bonus of a bouquet of flowers and a card. I would highly recommend this agency over some of the bigger more well known companies out there that do not need your business and will not give you a truly personal service.

We recently sold our property through Lowthers Estate Agents in Barnet and we are so happy we found this agency. Jason and the rest of the team worked very hard to sell our flat, keeping us up to speed with viewings and the market situation. When we had questions during the selling process, Jason was always there to answer them. The team is very professional and knowledgeable, which makes a big difference when you are selling a flat for the first time like we were. I never normally write reviews but in this particular instance I thought Richard and Toni at Lowthers Estate agents fully deserve to be recognised for their tremendous efforts during the sale of my property. Upon completion we soon realised that we had been dealing with each other for approximately 12 months following 3 different buyers due to a range of different issues along with the ever changing dynamics of the housing market. However despite all this, Lowthers remained thoroughly professional, committed and adaptive with their approach throughout the entire process always making me feel up to date and comfortable. I honestly believe most agents would have given up but they remained confident with the task which ended with a great result. I will definitely be using Lowthers in the future when I decide to sell my next property and would recommend to anyone thinking of doing the same.

Lowthers are owned by a fabulous, professional couple. I love that its a family run business. Lowthers were not my family members estate agents but the sellers.
