DKH and Sam made what is normally a stressful process, straight forward and painless. Sam went above and beyond what you would expect of an estate agent, even going so far as negotiating with third parties to keep things on track to meet the stamp duty increase deadline. GoogleHad to make a claim with MyDeposits to get my deposit back. MyDeposits gave me back a big chunk of the withold deposit. This estate agency will take your money if you don't make a claim or if you don't fight for it.
