George and Ben are excellent

George and Ben are excellent, experienced, well versed, honest estate agents. We used Ben before when he was just a wee junior estate agent on a pervious property and he was great then and has a very natural approach with people. George kept us fully updated, chased everyone in the chain and gave gold old fashioned service and value for money which you don’t often get these days from their competitors. I would fully recommend and would buy or sell through them again.

Would I choose Simply Homes to market our house ? Unequivocally yes. I have known George for a couple of years now, having looked at a potential purchase in 2021 and later purchasing a different house through Simply Homes in 2023. I trust George and find him both personable and professional. His communication skills amongst stakeholders are also first rate. Ben and George were instrumental in keeping our challenging chain intact; negotiation, timely communication and experience were all called into play and for that I thank both sincerely. As a footnote I would add that the photographs taken by Simply Homes are superb. We had a set done for the house we were selling and the photographer managed to capture colour, light, angles and shots beautifully.

Ben and his fabulous team have been the very essence of a highly professional Estate Agent. From his innovative “at dusk” house shots ( why no other agent does this I’ll never know) to the open and inclusive interaction with both seller and buyer clients he simply gave us outstanding service from start to finish. In such an uncertain time with Brexit and Covid-19, we couldn’t have asked for more from Ben and his team. From start to finish, Simply Homes had our best interests at heart as a seller. Brilliant estate agent

Brilliant estate agent - sold our property which had been on the market for a while (with a different agent) within a few weeks had a good amount of viewings and several offers. Ben was brilliant - very easy to communicate with and kept us updated throughout the sale process.
