GoogleWe've used quite a few letting agents over the years and I have no hesitation in saying that SageWard is by far the best we've come across. Diligent and proactive, the staff have always been supportive to us and have the best interests of both landlord and tenant at heart. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleMy daughter has rented a flat through Sage Ward for two and half years has been very pleased with their service. Unfortunately the landlord needs to sell so my daughter has had to move out however we cannot praise Nicola enough for the help and care she has given. She even negotiated two extra weeks following the two months notice. I would therefore recommend Sage Ward to anybody.

GoogleI have been a landlord for over 6 years and Sageward have managed my property the whole time. Lisa , Barbara and Hayley are just brilliant and I couldn't recommend them enough. They are professional, personable and make the whole process smooth and easy. If like me you need a property company to take the stress away from the letting and ongoing management locally then these guys are the ones to call!!

GoogleA fantastic team of friendly, proactive, professional and likeable staff. An absolute pleasure to deal with over the course of two years, first letting out our property and then selling it through extraordinary times. I would recommend them to anyone looking to let their house in the area - thank you all but especially Nicola for all your hard work and positivity.

GoogleLisa and the girls are so helpful and professional. I was very worried about renting out my house until I met Lisa. Straight away I knew I had nothing to worry about. It paid off and I have no regrets and great tenants.

GoogleSageWard have been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout my time as a tenant. They are super prompt, easy to talk to and always strive to find the best solution to any issues raised. Today, rather embarrassingly, I locked myself out (in my dressing gown + late for a work meeting!) and they were here within 10 minutes. They didn't need to do that but the fact they did is a testament to their dedication and commitment to delivering a top level service. They clearly understand that a happy tenant will deliver higher returns to landlords over the long-run. Fantastic company and would not hesitate in recommending them to either landlords or tenants alike!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GooglePlenty of other estate agents for the Hertford area go to them and save yourself being belittled by the staff at Sageward
Agent replied · 31 May 2023
Clearly a spam review! Not sure who you are and never heard of our staff belittling anyone. Shame people have to go to these lengths to try and damage our reputable and Award Winning Company which we are truly proud of.
