I am a landlord who owns multiple properties and finding a letting agent who you can rely and trust on to take care of your property and find the right tenants who are going to take care of your property and ensure your rent is paid on time can be challenging! BUT thankfully I was recommended to Hannah at Greenhill Estates and all of my concerns were taken care of! I would definitely recommend Greenhill Estates and I will be providing more properties of mine to Hannah. Thanks again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Would highly recommend Julia for anyone looking to sell a property. She maintained great communication throughout and was always helpful when responding to any questions or queries I had, no matter the time of day. Julia helped through a very tricky and stressful sale due to issues outside of her control, but remained professional, courteous and always willing to help.

Can’t speak highly enough of Julia @Greenhills for the efficient, friendly service she provided in the sale of our home and purchase of our new property. The process of valuing, marketing and rapidly selling our home was completed in a matter of days with zero fuss or inconvenience. Communication was fast and direct, offering advice when needed and Julia managed all parties in the chain to ensure we were all well informed at all times. From not being on the market to being in our new home in 12 weeks - some luck was involved - but everything was expedited and kept on track by the professional and attentive service that Greenhill provided. Thanks so much Julia!

Hannah is one of the best agents we have come across in over 25 years of property sales. She is very pro-active, bubbling with enthusiasm and very professional. We wish Greenhill Estates the very best for the future for their business, and we hope to use them again in the future. Steve and Julie AlgarPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Our experience with Greenhill selling our house was faultless from start to finish. The marketing was spot on, and we had several offers within one week of viewings. Julia was incredibly hands on, maintaining excellent communication with us throughout the process and helping push everything through to completion. We have already recommended Greenhill to friends and family who are buying/selling properties, and wouldn’t dream of using anyone else in the future. Can’t recommend Julia enough. Thank you so much!

We recently bought our dream home and honestly couldn’t have done it without HannahandJulia. From the very first viewing to the final handover, they were supportive, super knowledgeable, and just genuinely great to work with. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, they were always happy to answer our questions (no matter how many we had!) and made what can be a really stressful process feel so much easier. We always felt like we were in good hands, and thanks to their hard work, we found a place that’s absolutely perfect for us. Would 100% recommend Greenhill Estates to anyone looking to buy. Thank you so much for helping us find our forever home!

Estate agents have a bad reputation, but Greenhill Estates change all that. Hannah and the team really look after you from the first meeting all the way through. Can't recommend enough. Fantastic.

After having dealt with many estate agents over the years being in the property game i can tell you that greenhill estate agents are by far my best experience, both hanna and julia are very professional but at the same time very friendly and so easy to get on with. They went above and beyond to market my house and go that extra mile rather than these outdated estate agents that are very one tracked minded. Absolute pleasure working with the girls highly recomend

Having moved 10 times over the years we can honestly say that Greenhill Estates are outstanding. Both Julia and Hannah are both extremely experienced and could not do enough for us. From the professional photos to handling everything very professionally. Mostly they were always contactable any time of the day, in our experience this is the best service we ever had from an estate agent. They are also very knowledgeable about the market and so friendly. We had our house on the market with two other agents but Hannah and Julia had it sold within a month. Absolutely brilliant! They could not have done more. Thanks Greenhill Estates we will recommend you with hesitation in fact we all ready have. Amazing professional friendly service.
