GoogleJamie and Marc were both super efficient and marketed the property swiftly. They instilled confidence and shared next steps so there were no surprises. I never had to chase or ask for an update in relation to letting the property. I was impressed with all staff, polite, supportive and kind, I am happy to recommend this team.

GoogleI rented a property through Anthony Lettings. I found the staff are all very helpful. On the occasions when the oil boiler stopped working they were very responsive and got it fixed as soon as possible Unlike other letting agencies they did not just take the landlords side when there where issue, they tried to get a fair outcome for both parties. I cannot thank them all enough especially Linda. I highly recommend them

We've had quite a few issues in our flat this year and Sally has been amazing. She has been very helful and effecient. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We hope to find another great place to live with Anthony Lettings as our tenancy will be coming to an end soon.

GoogleMy husband and I have rented out 2 flats in Hertford with Marc and Linda and Anthony Lettings for 22 years now! The flats have always let quickly and the team are extremely responsive with any issues or maintenance concerns that need sorting out. We are only now parting company as the time has come to sell the flats but I would thoroughly recommend Anthony Lettings to anyone and everyone. This is the best letting agency I have been a cross ( and believe me I was with few of them) Marco is very professional and calmest person I know so is his team. GoogleWhat can you say about Anthony Letting, only that they are the best letting agents around! All my rental properties are with them and have been for at least sixteen years and without a single problem! They take care of everything making being a landlord totally pain free! So if you are looking for a letting agent with friendly staff that know exactly what they are doing then l can wholeheartedly recommend them.

GoogleBe carefull !!!!. They were professional as long as I continue the tenancy and showed their real face when I checked out. They tried their best to loot all my deposit amount showing many silly reasons, fortunately Mydeposit scheme saved me and they assessed completely and sttled most of my deposit amount. I don't recommend Anthony Lettings as I have never seen such a greedy Lettings.
Hi Vara, In response to your review and with regards to the adjudicator’s decision, we have questioned this with the deposit scheme, and they are currently looking into it. There is a possibility they may well override the adjudicator’s decision and reimburse us accordingly, of course the reimbursement will come from the deposit scheme and not yourself. Greedy and looting is not terminology that Anthony Lettings are associated with, so I am sorry you feel this way, however as Agents we have an obligation to our client that the property is left in the condition in which it was found subject to fair wear and tear. Unfortunately, in this instance this was not the case, and I am sure you would agree it would not have been fair for the new tenant to move into a property which was not clean and in disrepair. We would like to point out that the initial inventory and the end of tenancy check out report were conducted by an independent third party. Finally, I would like to politely remind you that we did, with the landlord’s consent, accommodate your request to terminate your tenancy early and in turn, saving you a substantial amount of rent. May I take this opportunity to wish you all the best for the future.
