Always excellent service from Miles & Barr. Our property manager, Amy, is fantastic. If there is something she can’t answer she will get straight on it and get it sorted ASAP. A real pleasure to deal with. If you are considering using Miles & Barr, don’t hesitate.

The service costume from this agency is disgusting! Them always say "we will call you shortly" and no one call us back, we already call more the 100 times this agency for different property and after one month we still without house!!!

Had Ethan from deal branch come out to a valuation, he came across very sexist and quite abrupt. I won’t be selling my house with miles and barr because of my experience and will not be recommending in the future.

Very efficient service viewings were arranged quickly we were well informed of all offers and once an offer had been accepted the process ran smoothly with Miles & Barr communicating regularly with both us the buyers and solicitors which enable the sale to complete quickly

Estate agents that don't appear to be interested in selling houses! Try to arrange viewings, they take your details and don't bother calling back. Chase them up, they don't bother returning your call. If you're looking to sell your house then I wouldn't put my faith in them if I was you.

Good estate agent, but they really should learn to spell! A property was described as being in a 'sort after' area. I contacted them about exactly the same error some months ago - they did not reply, & obviously took no notice.This looks very poor, & reflects on their overall standards, in my opinion.

Tried buying a house to found out the place was grade two listed when we asked multiple people in the agency if it was. Really felt like we were sold too rather than helped find what we actually wanted.

Unprofessional and unresponsive. Never deliver on promises and follow through to get things done. Multiple emails and calls. No accountability in anything they do. As a lettings agency they continue to disappoint on delivering a reasonable service I expect for the high fees charged. Owners need to sort this out.

I would recommend Miles and Barr for providing an excellent service. Specifically my sales progressor Courtney Sweet. She was quick to respond to any emails/calls, contacted relevant parties when needed and found out answers that my solicitors wouldn't provide. She was extremely helpful.

I would NEVER EVER use Miles n Bar again. Such an awful service. I’m very disappointed. I’m not after compensation as to much time has passed now. I’m just really sad that we chose M&B to deal with our parents estate.

Miles and Barr in ashford are brilliant they haven’t been open for long but they already sold my partner property the staff are amazing he wouldn’t go with no other estate agent apart from them for now on
