I am amazed at the quality of work from Dreams Estate, everything was punctual and correct, with no hidden fees, the agents were professional, accommodating and as a whole, really nice people. I had a problem with my shower head holder breaking off and they addressed the problem the very next day, which was a first, compared to all the other lettings agencies I've had the misfortune of dealing with. I cannot recommend Dreams enough; from initial contact to them (via Instagram), we have had such a wonderful customer experience. We arranged a date to view/value the property and from the moment we spoke with Mark, we knew he was the agent for us! He was thorough and well researched and made us feel we would be in safe hands and our property sale was his priority. The marketing is second to none, inventive and attention grabbing- meaning that our house was online for less than 24 hrs before it was viewed and we had our offer! But the hard work doesnt stop -they are in contact and chasing solicitors for us, keeping us advised as how things are going.
