What an absolute pleasure to find an estate agent that actually work for the client. We have just sold a house and purchased a house through them. We dealt with Eleanor who was just amazing, she went above and beyond to make things happen very quickly. We have moved houses a lot over the years and have never worked with estate agents so good! I have used the services of Hamilton Stiller for over five years. This business is run by a husband and wife team. They live and breathe their business, ensuring that customers like myself always have the assurance that they are being dealt with by someone who cares that the service is spot on. I have been using Hamilton Stiller for the advertising for sale and more recently letting of a property in the Ross area. In that time I have dealt with all of the sales and letting agents. I moved to this agency because I was dissatisfied with two other agencies that I had tried in the area so I have experienced, recently, a range of agencies. In the time it have known them the team at Hamilton Stiller have been thoroughly professional, very knowledgeable and have exceeded my expectations in the efforts they have made to not only meet my needs, but to assist the potential buyers / tenants as well. How they manage to keep a cheerful demeanour in the face of urgent tenant requests and some beyond nit-picking buyers beats me. They seem to be having a good rate of success on both the sales and letting front -so I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommening Hamilton Stiller if you are hoping to buy, sell or let a property in the Ross area.

I have been with Hamilton Stiller for almost 7 years, and I could not recommend them highly enough. I am happy to say that they are a world away from managing agents who are just interested in taking a monthly fee and getting the landlord to manage the property like certain other managing agents in Ross. They regularly review the state of the property and send you a report and photographs of the condition with recommendations for any repairs.
