Jay was polite and responsive to our enquiry. He was down to earth and his authentic self which we appreciated. He clearly had developed a good professional relationship with the vendors. He was very clear about the situation with this property and its owners which was helpful. He talked to us knowledgeably about the local housing market. He arrived promptly for our viewing.

Grace Betts is a a super property manager. She's calm, proactive, and very competent. She also picks up the phone! And she gets things fixed the very same day: which is completely exceptional, in our experience. We had several snarl-ups with our buy to let and Grace has sorted them all out. It's great to feel our property is being managed by such very safe hands.

The frustrating experience of dealing with a tenant who hadn’t paid rent for 4 months and an accounting team who hadn’t chased the debt, contacted the guarantor or provided an account statement during the period. I was most frustrated when calling the area office. However, Rebecca answered my call and listened to my issues, heard my frustration and took the time to agree a course of action. Not only did she accurately outline the situation, advise what steps she would take to gather the information and committed to contacting me with updates. To be called back with an update was most refreshing and unusual having previously left more than 5 messages for a manager and not receiving a call back.

Well, What can I say about Rakesh Jethwa. He has been an absolute star and amazing in his service, since giving an evaluation on my property right through to getting offers. He is so personable, makes you feel like family. He has helped in troubled tenants and advised and assisted in every eventuality. I would give him 6 Stars if I could. No doubt he will always assist any new vendors who want to put their property for sale. I would not have been were I am without his help. He will be appreciated always and I thank him for his service and this includes Courtney Kennedy in the after sales office, who has been a tremendous help too. After reporting about a door lock that had broken, Molly Adams contacted me to say what they were doing about it, keeping me involved until it was repaired, snapped again after a day, reported, she followed up, repaired and it snapped the 3rd time, l reported again and she kept me update all the time on what was going, chasing the contractor to have it done as quickly as possible. I appreciate all her efforts even when l delayed to get back to her or failed to answer her calls because I was at work.
