Thanks to their efforts and willingness to work with us during a purchase which was not without some difficulties we managed to complete on our new home with which are very pleased. From the start of the process he understands the type of buyer we wish to find and will undertake the viewings with suitable buyers. He will keep us informed of the progress and chase buyers and the solicitors and reports back with progress even if there is none. His ability to communicate effectively, his diplomatic and negotiating skills are first class. I can highly recommend him.
