GoogleWe choose Boardwalk as they had come with shining review from a work colleague. The valuation was accurate and a buyer was soon found. We had some intimate issues with an agent who no longer worked for the business and Nick the director personally called us to answer any queries and deal with complaints. Debbie stepped in and was utterly fantastic.

Hi Lauren, We’re extremely disappointed to receive your three-star review and read about your experience with us. We take feedback very seriously, and so, have investigated further within the team. From liaising with our in-house Sales Progression team, we understand that your sale completed recently, and whilst we understand it took longer than initially expected to complete, our team are always working efficiently and thoroughly in the background to do all that they can to ensure it was as smooth a process as possible for you, despite some last minute delays from third party solicitors. With regards to your experience with viewings, as you’re aware, parking can be a little tricky around the property in question, and whilst we were a few minutes late to one or two viewings, you were both called to explain the situation, and we apologise for this again. We are constantly looking to innovate and challenge tradition at Boardwalk, and so, whilst it’s frustrating to receive your feedback, we absolutely take this onboard and will work hard to ensure we continue delivering our five-time award-winning service. FacebookI arranged a viewing with an Agent a month ago. When we arrived to the house we realised the agent didn’t give us the correct address. But if that wasn’t enough, after being left waiting outside for almost half an hour, we rang the office and we were told that no one was going to come because the house was already sold!!!Very disappointing experience with Broadwalk
