GoogleI was tentative about renting out my flat and through whom - Josh at Belvoir was so helpful, responsive and completely straightforward and communicative throughout. A pleasure to deal with and very understanding of both tenant and landlord needs. Excellent service at competitive rates without the hidden/additional costs levied by other agents. Would highly recommend!

GoogleThese guys are very nice and courteous before you move in but once you're leaving they'll try their best to keep your deposit. Stay clear of this agency, they don't have any ethics. I was lucky the deposit protection scheme intervened and had taken my own pictures. STAY AWAY!!!

GoogleDelighted with the service that Belvoir have provided. The property was previously managed by another agent who were unable to resolve a number of outstanding issues with the flat, Belvoir took over the management and within a matter of weeks all the issues were resolved. Would certainly recommend!

GoogleWorst letting experience in my life. The DPS had to intervene for me to get my deposit back. These people falsely claimed that I had burnt the TV stand and tried to make me buy a new bed and mattresses claiming I damaged them. If you must use them make sure you take your own pictures. These people aren't ethical! Luckily I had taken my own pictures and that's what saved my deposit.

GoogleAfter having a very unpleasant experience with our previous letting agent and landlord, my husband and I were very careful to chose an agency with a great reputation for customer service. Belvoir did not disappoint! Adrienne and Josh helped us to find a great flat that is just perfect for our needs. We are so excited about our new place! They gave excellent advice and went above and beyond in helping us with a difficult situation with our previous tenancy. We couldn't have been happier with the service that Belvoir provided and we would highly recommend them!

GoogleBooked a viewing for midday today, got email confirmation that it was going ahead. Adrienne did not show up. Called her/the office more than 10 times, left a voicemail and emailed her too. Got an answer 3 hours later telling us the flat was no longer available. Unorganised, unresponsive, incompetent and very unprofessional.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
