GoogleHad been tenants for more than three years with Belvoir Hendon, our tenancy was previously under Grey n Co which we were very unhappy about and nothing was resolved but since Belvoir took over, things got smoother. Special thanks to Renata and Zoe for their prompt responses to all our queries and their kind intent to resolve all of our issues during the stay. We will definitely recommend them to others. GoogleAdrienne was incredibly helpful and kind to us during the often fraught and stressful process of finding a flat. She guided us through all of the complexities and made it a lot easier and more pleasant than it might otherwise have been for which we are extremely grateful! Throughout our ~2 year tenancy, she and Josh were highly responsive to any questions or concerns that arose, and helped to resolve any issues that came up. I would recommend Belvoir unreservedly.

GoogleI am a first time landlord and Josh was an excellent agent to use. He was able to guide me throughout the whole process from start to finish. His attention to detail and to ensure that the highest standard of information and support was provided not only for me, but from the questions asked also for the tenant. I spoke with Josh Sacofsky and from the first conversation I have found him professional in his approach. He explained the services Belvoir can offer with a competitive rates and reasonable prices. I am so fortunate to have contacted Josh. He managed to fix all the issues created by the previous agent and now I have a happy tenant who can enjoy their stay. The best part about working with Josh was that he has always answered every call or email no matter what time. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work are much appreciated. Our flat experience had some bumps in the road (not due to Josh, but due to other factors including previous property managers and tenants) and Josh was able to clean up that mess, keep us informed and fought for us when needed!
