GoogleI made the mistake of using this company to sell my home and what a mistake that was! I found them very professional on first contact and they put me at ease in trusting them to sell my home then it really was downhill from there. It was impossible to ever speak to anyone always told would get a phone call back which never happened the only communication I ever received was going to the office personally. With various issues that arose which I understand things can go wrong sometimes they always made it someone else’s fault and would take no responsibility to fix. When house sell was on verge of collapse never made any effort to resolve it and left it for other agents in the chain to make sure it didn’t collapse. I would certainly NOT recommend this company and would use another local company even though there commission fees are higher.

GoogleEngaged to purchase my first house. I set a maximum purchase of 156,000. This was pushing my budget to the limit. The agent was fully aware of this. He put in a bid for 157,000 for the house, which was accepted. This was without any consultation with me. When challenged over this would only state that he knew I wanted the house. I complained to the manager of the office, who quashed the complaint, stating that he had knew the agent for a while and he wouldn't have done this. Made an offer to me of an open check on services. I asked what this would actually cover and he told me nothing.

GoogleA deplorable service! They begged me to sell my house with them, but during the whole selling contract, no-one ever called me for any updates. They just disappeared not even bothering to send updates. I had to call the office myself to see what is going on. They were difficult to reach and were very indifferent every time over the phone. I was unhappy with the service (there was in fact no service from them at all) and wanted to leave during cooling off period, but their branch's senior manager Andy threatened to charge £250 for cancellation which is ridiculous within the cooling off period. Home owners, please keep away from this company who really doesn't care about customers. They give the impression that they just want to have as many properties on their website but don't care whether they can sell. I'm so disappointed that I'd rate it minus one stars if possible!!

We are renting a property from them and unfortunately last week myself and my 3 year old ended up locking ourselves out of the house (leaving the keys inside with car keys also attached!) at school pick up time!! I rang the office and they sent the owner with the spare set of keys to my door, who arrived within 15 minutes - absolutely fantastic service! This could of been an absolute nightmare - especially as I had 2 children needing picking up from school and a 3 year old in tow but thanks to Michael Anthony, they came and saved the day! Thank you so much again.
