GoogleI’ve been with Haart now for just over a year and have found 2 sets of tenants within this time. The service I’ve had has been second to none and I just wish I’d gone to them sooner (having spent nearly 3 years with what I now know was a shocking agency, feeding me lies, not properly vetting and referencing people which sadly resulted in a tenant that ruined my apartment, didn’t pay rent for 6 months and needed to be evicted by bailiffs). Because of my previous experience I was understandably very nervous about future tenants and the agency that would be finding them. I’m pleased to say Haart have continued to excel! Both sets of tenants are fantastic people and I trust them completely. Rebecca in specific has lifted a lot of stress from my shoulders in recent weeks and has even managed to find great tenants in the height of lockdown. She’s both professional and extremely personable and I look forward to many more years working together.
