Hi Jake, Sorry you have been left disappointed that your offer was not accepted and the timing of the vendors response did not fit with your timescales. We understand moving home can be stressful and we would not want to add to that. To add some context to the timing - Your offer was made at 16:26 pm some £25,000 less than the asking price, this was put to the vendor at 16:56 along with an offer of the asking price. The Vendor came back to us the following morning wishing to accept the asking price offer. We communicated this to you you at 09:07 and you said you would offer £5,000 above the asking price. You emailed us at 10:07 revising your offer back down to the asking price. The vendor was keen to accept the asking price offer, from a party with no property to sell and made at that level immediately and did not want to get into a back and forth negotiation. I am sorry that the vendors decision was not what you had hope but I am very happy to hear you have secured a property wish you the best for your onward move.
