Hi George, I am sorry to hear your feedback. The landlord of the property you offered on was away on holiday and not contactable, when your offer was given. Upon their return 25/04/2017 We contacted Lisa by email and followed up with calls 26/04 and 27/04. The landlord subsequently decided to sell the property. I am sorry you were unable to secure the property but happy that you have been able to secure another property.

Hello Jolene, Sorry you have been left disappointed with the service you received. When a purchaser we have found for a property, agrees to purchase it without our involvement, we must raise this with you as the vendor. David Doyle want to avoid you facing additional costs. I am glad that we were able to agree a satisfactory conclusion for all parties.
